Delivery Terms

  • All orders are shipped by our local provider. Order cut-off is 12:00pm for next day delivery. Orders received after 12:00pm may not be ready until the following delivery schedule.
  • All customers will be required to choose a delivery location at check out. The system will then calculate your delivery cost (below) and add it to your invoice as required.
  • There will be no deliveries on public holidays or during "Acts of Nature" which would prevent delivery. ("Acts of Nature" include a Black Rain warning or when a Typhoon Signal 8 has been raised or notice has been given that it will be raised during the day.)
  • For payments by wire transfer/deposit, the shipment will be delivered according to the delivery schedule.

*Note: we will only ship the goods to the pier in Central and the buyer should take the responsibility of receiving the goods. We also will not be responsible for any damage or loss during delivery.
