Create the desired consistency with more or less water. You can sweeten with a 2-3 dates or your favorite fruits, as well as Earth Circle Organics natural sweeteners, like honey, coconut sugar, or coconut palm syrup. Keep in the refrigerator and shake well before use. For an easy Creamy Tomato and Basil Soup, take 6 tomatoes, ½ white onion, ½ green pepper, 1 ½ cups filtered water, ½ cup hemp seeds, 1/3 cup chopped basil, and 1 tsp. salt to taste.
