Return Policy:

Our goal is to deliver absolutely the best products on the planet today.  In order to preserve the freshness and safety of our products, all sales are final. Goods or products that are damaged or otherwise defective at the time of delivery will be replaced and/or a full refund provided, subject to the sole discretion of Rawthentic Food Limited.

Purchases to one of our Rawthentic Events are also final unless event is canceled by us. In such cases, Rawthentic Food Limited will reimburse the full amount in any cancelation situation.  If Typhoon Signal 8 is hoisted, or notice has been given by the Hong Kong Observatory that the Signal 8 will be raised during the day, the event will be canceled.  Similarly, if a Black Rainstorm warning is given during the day, the event will be cancelled.  Unfortunately, events cancelled by Typhoons, Black Rain, or other "Acts of Nature", including government requested closures, cannot be subject to a make-up or refund.
